Feb 06, 2018· I have just used the original Z-file on a job and it was easily the best and easiest crowning I have done to date, the frets were very chunky frets on a Chinese made Gretch. I too have had issues with the stewmac curved/ offset diamond file removing my pen line from the fret in the centre, potentially removing metal you don't want touched.
