Jun 20, 2010· folks has anyone got a spreading guide for cosmo wagtail spreader or how do ye regulate them, dont have any chart on the hopper but have a little slider thingy where you put in kg/per hectare and speed etc which give you a figure, you are then supposed to match this figure to a chart in the book but its all a bit long winded and not sure about it..any ideas?

Notice a considerable difference since I got the wagtail. No more lines. I have used it to spread lime as well (not the granulated type), which it did with no problems (as the manual says it will).
